At Deefo's Perfume, we take immense pride in crafting premium long-lasting perfumes. Due to personal hygiene and safety protocols, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange an inspection and a suitable replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Perfumes that have been opened, used, or unsealed from their original packaging cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 working days after physical verification of the returned merchandise.
